The Vedic Meditation technique I learned through Light Watkins was fantastic. He made it very easy to learn and enjoy. His explanations were very thorough and easily understandable as well. Vedic Meditation is not religious based so you don't have to do anything but listen, learn, meditate, and feel well! I highly recommend it!

SEEING THE LIGHT
I have had several "failed attempts" until taking the course with Light. A suggestion from a good friend, I came to the introduction blindly and left feeling like I finally found the method of meditation for me. Light is extremely intuitive and knowledgeable in his approach and I often felt he was speaking solely to me. Everyone I see recently tells me I'm glowing and I seem as if I'm doing very well. NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT
I was introduced to vedic meditation during an extremely busy week for me. I was debating on whether to learn the practice and deprioritize a lot of what was on my schedule or plan to do it during a better time for me. AMAZING TEACHER
