Basic Course for Beginners
After attending the Intro to Meditation Session you will be able to join the next Basic Meditation Course for beginners. This course usually starts the day after the Intro Session and requires that you attend one 90-minute class a day for four consecutive days (sessions are scheduled either before or after work hours for convenience). The course is structured to give you ample time to learn the technique and integrate the practice of meditation into your life within those four days. The teaching format is easy-going, enjoyable, and very informative. Group sizes usually range from 3 to 10 participants. During the course, you will gain both a comprehensive understanding of how Vedic meditation works and enough experience to feel competent as a meditator by the end of the course.
Cost: Each student will be asked at the beginning of the course to make a sliding-scale financial contribution in exchange for their instruction. Our number one goal is to make learning this technique affordable for absolutely everyone. Once you complete the course you are able to repeat it an unlimited number of times for the rest of your life at no additional cost. There are other measures in place to provide free and unlimited support and guidance to all graduates, for life.
Private Courses For Beginners
You must first attend an Intro to Meditation session before receiving private instruction. There, you can hear about what’s being offered, and we can discuss your individual needs in terms of location and schedule.
Cost: The cost for a private course is a flat fee, determined on an individual basis upon application.

Anyone who has been practicing Vedic Meditation regularly for one year is eligible to receive an advanced technique. This elaboration of your mantra is designed to deepen the meditation experience and refine sensual perception, resulting in deeper, more subtle and fascinating experiences both inside and outside of meditation.

Rounding Workshops
Learn a simple series of yoga poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) that will greatly accelerate the benefits of meditation.
Weekend Retreats
A weekend residence course is a powerful opportunity for meditators to expand and deepen their practice. Participants will learn Rounding, and this will be combined with multiple meditation sessions. This “industrial-strength” program releases deeply rooted stresses and fatigue and accelerates evolution toward higher states of consciousness. The effects of a weekend retreat are comparable to meditating twice daily for several months.
