The Vedic Meditation technique I learned through Light Watkins was fantastic. He made it very easy to learn and enjoy. His explanations were very thorough and easily understandable as well. SEEING THE LIGHT
I have had several "failed attempts" until taking the course with Light. NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT
I was introduced to vedic meditation during an extremely busy week for me.
